Natioinal Centre for labour and Learning is an associate of KELSON Reserve NGO to Govt. of India. KELSUN established in 1991 was primarily focused on uplifting the unemployed youth in Kerala. Also KELSUN was involved in many community related activities through out the state. KELSUN, a resource NGO to Govt. of India, formed NACELL to monitor and mentor the training and development activities of the affiliated institutions registered under it.
